By accessing or using XenonLabs ("XenonLabs", "we", "us", or "our"), including labs.xenonmc.net and its related tools and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use XenonLabs.

Use of XenonLabs

XenonLabs provides Minecraft Bedrock-related tools and services, including resource-pack generation, pack conversion, downloadable packs, and related features.

You agree to use XenonLabs only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation or security of the service.

Accounts

Certain XenonLabs features require you to sign in with Google.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining the security of your account.

We may restrict or terminate accounts that are used to abuse, exploit, disrupt, or circumvent XenonLabs systems or usage limits.

Pack Generator and Pack Porter

XenonLabs may allow users to generate or upload resource packs using our tools.

You are responsible for content that you upload or submit to XenonLabs.

You must not upload content that you do not have the right to use, or use XenonLabs to process unlawful or malicious content.

XenonLabs may reject or remove files that violate these terms or that could compromise the security or operation of the service.

Downloaded Content

Resource packs and other downloadable content provided through XenonLabs may be created by XenonLabs or by third parties.

You are responsible for complying with any applicable rights, licenses, or restrictions associated with downloaded content.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain XenonLabs features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions and payments are processed through Stripe.

Subscription pricing, included features, usage limits, and other plan details are displayed on the XenonLabs website and may change over time.

Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions automatically renew according to their selected billing period until cancelled.

Abuse and Circumvention

You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, subscription restrictions, download protections, rate limits, authentication systems, or other technical restrictions implemented by XenonLabs.

You may not intentionally interfere with XenonLabs servers, APIs, infrastructure, or other users' access to the service.

Service Availability

XenonLabs is provided on an "as available" basis.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services at any time, including for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, XenonLabs and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
